Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As a small-batch operation, some items may take a little longer depending on availability.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the U.S. (international shipping coming soon).
Carriers:
We primarily use USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers. You will receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
Delivery Issues:
JalisCorazón is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses or issues with the carrier. Please double-check your info before submitting your order.
